The Al Foster Trail is made up of a crushed stone surface and is heavily wooded with views of the river and limestone bluffs. It has two gravel bridges with creeks underneath, which dogs love to play in.

Young Conservation Area

The area is mostly forested and there are several intermittent streams, over 2 miles of LaBarque Creek, and two fishing ponds are present on the area. Currently, there are 6 miles of trails open to hiking through much of the area. Make sure to check out Taconic Loop Trail (wide creek with beach area off side off natural trail).
